Folklorg Terms of Service
(Effective Date: 2025-04-01)
Welcome to Folklorg, where stories come to life. Before you dive into our treasure trove of cinematic wonders, let’s go over some essential ground rules. By using our website (folkl.org) or any of our services, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, well, that’s awkward—because you shouldn’t use the service.
1. The Basics (AKA What You’re Signing Up For)
Folklorg provides streaming access to films, series, and multimedia content, either owned by us or licensed from others. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and enjoy our content for personal, non-commercial use. In simpler terms: watch, enjoy, but don’t redistribute.
2. User Conduct (Don’t Be That Person)
You agree not to:
- Use Folklorg for illegal purposes (yes, that includes piracy, hacking, or sharing your login with the entire Internet).
- Attempt to copy, modify, or redistribute content unless explicitly allowed.
- Harass, threaten, or otherwise act like a villain in a bad movie.
- Try to break our website (seriously, we worked hard on it).
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without a refund. Play nice!
3. Content Ownership (Ours, Not Yours)
All content on Folklorg is either owned by us or provided under license. Just because you can stream it doesn’t mean you own it. You get access—but no rights beyond watching as intended.
4. Subscription, Payments & Refunds (A Fair Deal)
Folklorg operates on a subscription basis. Here’s how it works:
- You can choose monthly or yearly billing.
- If you’re not completely satisfied in your first month, request a refund in writing, and we’ll refund your money—no hard feelings.
- After your first month, your subscription is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation ensures you won’t be billed for the next cycle, but you’ll still have access until your current billing period ends.
5. Disclaimers & Liability (We’re Just Here to Entertain)
We aim to provide a seamless experience, but we can’t guarantee that Folklorg will always be flawless. Service interruptions, content errors, or technical hiccups may occur. By using Folklorg, you agree that we’re not liable for any damages, loss of data, or existential crises caused by missing an episode due to server downtime.
6. Changes to These Terms (Life Is Change, So Are Terms)
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know (probably via email or a site notification). Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms—so keep an eye out.
7. Governing Law (Canada Has Your Back)
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If any disputes arise, they’ll be handled in a Canadian court, preferably without a dramatic legal showdown.
8. Contact Us (Yes, We’re Real People)
